• We will gladly accept any non-damaged, not significantly used perfume bottle with the original box within 14 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
• To initiate a return or exchange, please inform us via WhatsApp at +92 315 780 3703.
• The customer must return the perfume via a traceable delivery method (i.e., courier or registered post) at their own expense.
• Original delivery charges will not be refunded.
• All perfumes must be returned with their original boxes, pouches, and any other packaging material provided.
• Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
